1. General Refund Guidelines

At Gmail Market, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. Due to the digital nature of the accounts sold on our platform, all sales are considered final once the digital goods (account credentials) have been successfully delivered to the buyer. However, we do offer refunds or replacements under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligible Reasons for a Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or a replacement account if:

  • The account credentials provided are invalid, incorrect, or do not work at the time of initial login.
  • The account is banned, suspended, or locked prior to your first login attempt.
  • The account delivered does not match the description provided by the vendor (e.g., incorrect age, missing verification).

3. Non-Eligible Reasons for a Refund

We will NOT issue a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You successfully logged into the account, but it was subsequently banned or suspended due to your actions, IP address, or usage patterns.
  • You changed your mind after the credentials were delivered.
  • You used the account in a manner that violates Google's Terms of Service, resulting in a ban.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or replacement based on the eligible reasons above, you must initiate a Dispute within 24 hours of the purchase time. To do so, navigate to your Dashboard, find the specific order, and click on "Open Dispute." You must provide clear evidence (such as screenshots of the login error before any action was taken) to support your claim.

5. Dispute Resolution Process

Once a dispute is opened, our moderation team will review the claim and the provided evidence. We may contact both the buyer and the vendor for additional information. If the claim is verified, we will instruct the vendor to provide a replacement account. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your account balance or original payment method.
